Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience in residential new construction
  • Experience supervising or leading crews preferred
  • Valid EPA certification; Gas Mech 1 license
  • O6A Certification
  • Idaho Journeyman
  • Ability to read and interpret HVAC plans and builder blueprints
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • High standards for quality and safety
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Nate Certification
  • Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience
  • Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
  • Familiarity with Service Titan
  • Procore knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Supervise HVAC installation crews on multiple job sites
  • Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and within scope
  • Review plans, delegate tasks, and verify installations meet quality standards
  • Coordinate with project managers, builders, and inspectors
  • Perform quality control checks and resolve on-site issues
  • Monitor and enforce jobsite safety practices
  • Train and mentor apprentices and installers
  • Track materials and ensure proper use of tools and equipment
  • Provide daily job progress updates and documentation
