About The Position

The HVAC Filter Technician replaces, cleans, inspects, and maintains filters in school systems, industrial facilities, and chain stores to support optimal system performance. The role requires maintaining accurate records of filter changes and maintenance activities, following safety protocols, and coordinating with dispatch to keep schedules and records current. Travel is required, including occasional overnight stays. The company provides a route vehicle, gas card, work uniforms, and company phone; when overnight travel is required, it provides a room and per diem. This is a full-time, in-person position with expected hours of 40–60 per week. A successful background check is required.

Requirements

Attention to detail to ensure proper filter installation and maintenance.
Knowledge of how to use basic tools, such as a screwdriver.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work with dispatch to maintain filter-change schedules and records.
Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
Successful background check.

Replace air filters in school systems, industrial facilities, and chain stores.
