About The Position

Homestead Comfort in Ellington, CT is searching for a full-time HVAC Field Supervisor to lead our field team and elevate our service across our service area. In this leadership role, you start your day early, preparing to support your team and ensure every job meets the highest standards. You're out in the field alongside technicians, guiding, troubleshooting, and coaching them in real-time. When challenges arise, you step in to provide clarity and direction, helping reduce callbacks and ensuring customer satisfaction. Throughout the day, you balance leadership with hands-on support, continuously developing your team while maintaining efficient field operations. Your presence brings confidence to the crew and consistency to every job completed.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• CT Trade License (D or S license)
• Ability to pass a background check
