Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of HVAC and/or refrigeration experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Willingness to learn and participate in cross-training opportunities
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
- Perform service work in a range of residential and commercial environments.
- Accurately document service activities using our electronic reporting system.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
- Work independently while maintaining company standards and safety practices.
