Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred).
  • 5+ years of successful HVAC equipment field sales experience.
  • Proven commitment to integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong initiative and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales in the Charleston, SC region by promoting Johnson Controls’ comprehensive HVAC solutions to contractors, consultants, and engineers.
  • Build long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Execute strategic sales processes to identify, qualify, and close on sales opportunities.
  • Own outcomes with accountability by managing sales goals and ensuring the highest level of service.
  • Address customer needs and provide optimal solutions for their operations.
  • Leverage feedback, enhance product knowledge, and adopt innovative strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Persuasively present Johnson Controls’ offerings to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their needs.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships within the HVAC and construction industries.
  • Utilize sales tools and CRM systems to track progress and enhance account management.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and market trends.
