About The Position
Mullins Mechanical is seeking a Traveling Duct Foreman with extensive experience in duct work and supervision. The ideal candidate is motivated, safety-oriented, self-sufficient, and possesses a go-getter personality. This role involves working across multiple job sites and managing duct subcontractors.
Requirements
- Must be open to full time travel
- Must have Supervision experience
- Must be able to pass an observed drug screen and background check
- Must have previous duct work experience
Responsibilities
- Working across multiple job sites managing duct subs
- Plan daily tasks and assign crew members to planned tasks
- Oversee that quality and productive work is being performed while also following safety regulations and procedures
- Go over pre-task risk assessment with crew to identify and eliminate possible safety hazards before performing work.
- Communicate with other supervisors and management when planning work, performing work, and completing work
