HVAC Dispatcher
About The Position
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Minuteman Heating & AC are currently seeking a Service Dispatcher who will serve as the main point of contact and communication in the assigning and routing of HVAC Technicians & Plumbers. The ideal candidate will be able to remain calm during stressful situations, have excellent communication skills, and be extremely reliable. This is a mission critical position, and requires some nights and weekends on a rotating schedule. The ability to multi-task is essential, and you must be willing and able to take appropriate action with little supervision. The primary role for this position is ensuring the right Tech/Plumber for the right job, managing the flow of information to & from the Technicians/Plumbers in an accurate and timely fashion, and data entry (permits, report, etc).
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years home services dispatching experience.
- Ability to remain calm during stressful situations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Extremely reliable.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Willing and able to take appropriate action with little supervision.
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of Service Titan software is preferred.
