HVAC Dispatcher Rancho Cordova, CA Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience and skills Dispatching in the trades is not just about moving people from one job to the next. As an HVAC dispatcher at Bonney, you will be responsible for coordinating our HVAC technicians in the field balancing schedules, keeping customers informed, and making smart, profitable decisions that keep the day moving efficiently. Communicate proactively with customers and technicians regarding appointment windows, service time-frames, delays, and any special instructions Make sound, efficient dispatching decisions throughout the day based on urgency, technician skill sets, location, and specialized equipment needs Track field technician work locations, equipment, and job status in real time and adjust the schedule as priorities shift Monitor scheduled service appointments and anticipate dispatching needs before problems arise Work closely with the customer service team to ensure every call is handled smoothly and no customer is left without an update Relay accurate information to both customers and technicians to ensure a quality experience on every job Coordinate with field supervisors to escalate urgent issues and keep jobs on track Accurately enter and update job information in Service Titan throughout the day Support the team with additional duties as the needs of the business require What We Are Looking For? 2 or more years of dispatching experience in the trades, home services, or a related field Experience with Service Titan or a similar field service management platform is a strong plus Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing your composure Ability to speak clearly and professionally with a technician, a customer, and a manager all at once and handle each one well Ability to make efficient and profitable decisions quickly and independently Strong customer service instincts with a calm, solutions-focused mindset High school diploma or equivalent What's In It For You? Requirements

  • 2 or more years of dispatching experience in the trades, home services, or a related field

Responsibilities
