About The Position

Commercial HVAC Dispatcher needed for a full-time, on-site role. The hours of operation are Monday to Friday in office, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. ConServ Building Services, founded in 1991, is a leading HVAC service provider known for its customer service and technical expertise across multiple regions. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer service and people skills
• Highly organized
• Able to thrive in high pressure situations
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Route and schedule field technicians to meet customers demands’
• Ensure parts needed are ordered and stocked for various HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Field customer questions/calls to ensure expectations are met
• Update customer websites/portals on a daily basis
• Work with technicians and management utilizing teamwork to accomplish goals
• Ensure technicians needs are met daily
• Provide top level customer service to both external and internal customers.
