About The Position

MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking an HVAC Dispatcher & Maintenance Planner to join their team in Indianapolis, IN. This role is crucial for anticipating and eliminating potential delays by planning and coordinating maintenance resources, parts, and equipment access. The Maintenance Planner will work as a business partner with the client, implementing 'Best Systems' and engaging the team to identify and eliminate waste for 'Best Results'. The position reports directly to the Maintenance Manager and the client, emphasizing exceptional customer service and a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software or similar.
• Minimum of three years' dispatcher experience.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree preferred with preferred field of study: Business Administration, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Planner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance resources, parts, and equipment access.
• Anticipate and eliminate potential delays in maintenance operations.
• Ensure safety is considered when developing every job plan.
• Provide exceptional customer service to the client.
• Implement 'Best Systems' to exceed client expectations.
• Engage the team to identify and eliminate waste.
• Estimate labor hours and make necessary adjustments.
