About The Position
As an HVAC Diagnostic Service Technician, you will specialize in troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and repair-focused service in residential homes. Your primary mission is to accurately identify system issues, restore equipment performance, and deliver expert-level service that customers can trust. This role involves diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment. You will perform troubleshooting using technical knowledge, system readings, and testing tools, and complete maintenance and corrective repairs to maximize equipment performance and longevity. A key part of the role is to clearly explain findings and repair options to customers in a professional, educational manner, and accurately document diagnostics, repairs, materials used, and system performance data.
