This role is focused on advanced troubleshooting, accurate system diagnostics, quality repairs, and helping homeowners understand what is happening with their heating and cooling systems. Requirements

Experience diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
The ability to accurately interpret system readings and diagnostic information.
Knowledge of HVAC safety practices and code requirements.
Experience working with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to homeowners.
A commitment to quality workmanship and doing the job right the first time.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment.
Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues using technical knowledge, system readings, testing equipment, and diagnostic tools.
Identify the root cause of equipment failures and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
Perform corrective repairs and maintenance to improve equipment performance and reliability.
Evaluate system operation and identify potential issues before they become larger problems.
Clearly explain diagnostic findings, repair options, and recommendations to homeowners.
Educate customers on proper system operation, maintenance, and care.
Complete accurate documentation of diagnostics, repairs, materials used, system readings, and equipment performance.
Follow all safety procedures, HVAC codes, and company standards.
Maintain a professional appearance and provide a respectful, high-quality customer experience in every home.
Continue developing your technical knowledge as HVAC technology and equipment evolve.
