About The Position

The Habegger Corporation is hiring a full-time HVAC Delivery Driver - Warehouse Coordinator in Nashville, Tennessee. The role combines local deliveries of HVAC equipment with warehouse coordination. The employee reviews the daily delivery schedule, checks in with the warehouse team, delivers equipment to clients on time and in good condition, and may help load and unload equipment or answer clients’ questions. The position pays a starting rate of $20 or more per hour. The schedule consists of 8-hour weekday day shifts, with weekend work if needed. Overtime or adjusted hours may be required to accommodate urgent deliveries or schedule changes.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Current Class C CDL or higher endorsement.
Current Department of Transportation (DOT) medical card.
Customer service skills, ability to work with others, diligence, attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage a variety of tasks.
Experience with driving and warehouse duties.

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Review the daily delivery schedule.
Check in with the warehouse team to ensure operations are running smoothly.
Deliver equipment to clients on time and ensure it arrives safely and in good condition.
Help load and unload equipment at the warehouse as needed.
Communicate with clients and answer their questions or concerns.
