About The Position

SunnyMac is seeking a high-performing Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing HVAC team. As the first point of contact, you play a critical role in delivering the exceptional, customer-first experience we’re known for while helping drive service appointments and business growth. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and urgency to every interaction. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, builds rapport quickly, and can convert inbound and outbound conversations into scheduled appointments. You must be able to multitask effectively, stay composed under pressure, and maintain strong attention to detail. Requirements

  • Previous customer service or office experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and scheduling software
  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls professionally, efficiently, and with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments while identifying opportunities to maximize bookings
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and service expectations
  • Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
  • Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and follow-up details in the system
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and support ongoing engagement
  • Collaborate closely with the CSR team to identify and act on cross-selling opportunities across HVAC and solar services
  • Coordinate with management and field staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to an exceptional, customer-first experience at every touchpoint
  • Support company growth through strong communication, organization, and teamwork
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, processes, and business needs in a fast-paced environment
