About The Position

U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated facility management services firm, is seeking a HVAC Technician to support the operations in Ronler Acres, OR. This role demands advanced expertise in responding to work orders, troubleshooting, and providing preventive maintenance on facility systems within a large industrial environment, including clean rooms. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and exhibit strong organizational and time management skills to excel in this position.

Requirements

High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent.
Troubleshoots and repairs electrical (24V-480V) and PLC control systems.
Troubleshoots hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
5 + years of experience in Facility Maintenance, critical Industrial/commercial HVAC, CRAC, Air handler, VRF systems.
Available to work weekends and off shift.
Ability to work in an aerial lift or scissor lift at heights up to 30 feet or higher.
Must be able to obtain a security access badge at our client’s location.
Demonstrated fluency in computer use including the full office suite.

Responsibilities

Conduct periodic general preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems, this involves normal lubrication, adjustment, cleaning, replacement of consumable parts (such as filters, belts, coil cleaning etc.) and periodic testing of the equipment.
Diagnose, repair, maintenance, and installation of HVAC systems, controls and duct work including plumbing systems.
Clean and prepare equipment for inspection; make periodic inspections of all mechanical and electrical equipment and systems as established by the facility operational procedures; repair or replace broken or worn machinery parts.
Oversight and coordination of lighting repairs, adjust timers, time deficiencies, etc.
Oversight and monitoring of roof equipment, including but not limited to providing roof access to vendors/contractors.
Monitor fire life safety equipment including but not limited to review of maintenance log.
Comply with work order system to include interpreting work orders, performing the requested work, and completing work orders by instruction.
Maintain operating logs on all equipment; record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences.
Perform all duties in a safe manner, follow all safety procedures, and maintain a clean work area.
Comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards.

Willingly perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as requested.
