About The Position

ConServ Building Services is seeking to hire HVAC Commercial Installers. This role involves installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new commercial construction and tenant offices. The position requires travel between North and South Carolina, with a company van and gas card provided. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with no weekend work. Requirements

Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate, or learn to operate, all necessary tools and equipment.
Ability to frequently lift 75 pounds and ability to lift and regularly carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Sufficient physical ability to work in awkward places and from ladders or scaffolding as required by projects.
Physical ability to endure high and low outside temperatures.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pass an on site drug test.
Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new commercial construction and tenant offices.
Complete paperwork daily, recording materials used on each job accurately.
Independently install new HVAC systems.
Wire up all basic HVAC low voltage wiring: furnace, a/c, thermostats, zone controls.
Fabricate duct fittings.
Read blueprints and lay out duct.
