About The Position

Lennox AES has immediate positions available for a Commercial HVAC installer. An HVAC Installer works under the guidance of experienced HVAC technicians, Foremen, and Journeymen to learn and assist in the replacement and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on Commercial buildings. This role involves 60-70 hour work weeks and requires the ability to travel throughout the U.S. on 3-to-4-week deployment cycles.

Requirements

1-3 year of experience in commercial HVAC equipment replacements including rooftop units, adapter curbs, HVAC electrical knowledge and construction safety.
Ability to work overtime
Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)
Ability to work in outdoor elements (roofs) in hot and cold weather conditions.
English (Required)
Driver's License (Required)
National Background Check
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Pre-Employment Drug Screening
Motor Vehicle Records Check (MVR)

Responsibilities

Assist in the installation and replacement of commercial HVAC systems.
Ability to travel throughout the U.S. on 3-to-4-week deployment cycles.
Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
Perform routine tasks, such as changing filters and cleaning ducts.
Help in the installation of HVAC components, including wiring and electrical connections.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Complete assigned tasks and projects under the supervision of more senior employees.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Document work performed and maintain accurate records.
