This is a consultative sales role focused on building trust, delivering exceptional client experiences, and closing high-value residential replacement and upgrade opportunities.

Requirements

Proven success in residential HVAC sales
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to build trust quickly and guide homeowners through purchasing decisions

Experience using CRM and sales management software

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

Recommend HVAC solutions tailored to each homeowner's needs and budget
Prepare and present professional proposals and financing options
Follow up on leads and manage opportunities through the sales process
Maintain accurate records using CRM software
Collaborate closely with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Stay current on HVAC technologies, products, industry trends, and energy-efficiency solutions
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
