About The Position

Blue Flame is part of the nation's largest plumbing, heating, and air conditioning service provider. We are currently looking for an HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our team. This role involves working with 100% pre-qualified leads, with no canvassing or cold calling required. No prior HVAC knowledge is necessary as training will be provided.

Requirements

  • Experience in Outside Sales.
  • Experience in One-Call-Close sales environments.
  • Experience in a residential in-home sales setting.
  • Proven sales track record and competitive spirit.
  • Ability to work weekends.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills and follow-up.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Products.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, MVR and background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the skilled trades business model (HVAC, Plumbing, Pest Control, Lawn Care, Roofing, Air Conditioning, Siding, Windows, Solar, Counter Tops, Kitchen & Baths, Security, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Act as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers, focusing on sales and closing deals.
  • Drive to sales locations, meet with current and potential customers in their homes to evaluate needs and present options.
  • Engage in relationship selling with customers to earn repeat business through excellent performance in a one-call-close setting.
  • Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals through top performance, excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize closing skills to take control of earnings in an uncapped commission opportunity.
