About The Position

As a Home Comfort Advisor, you will work closely with homeowners to evaluate their HVAC needs, perform comfort surveys, recommend solutions, and help guide them through the purchase and installation process. This role is ideal for motivated individuals, whether you have HVAC experience or are excited to learn in a supportive, growth-focused environment. The position focuses on making a real difference in people’s homes by building relationships, solving problems, and improving home comfort.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven success in outside sales
• Strong follow-up, closing, and organizational skills
• Physical capability to navigate attics, crawl spaces, and other residential spaces
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a physical, background check, and drug screening
• Positive, professional attitude with a passion for helping others
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and teammates

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 1 year of HVAC experience preferred
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with customers and teammates
• Convert prospects into satisfied owners of new heating and cooling systems
• Perform in-depth comfort surveys, home analyses, and load calculations
• Always arrive prepared—showing up 5–10 minutes early for appointments
• Maintain complete and accurate paperwork in a timely manner
• Uphold honesty, positivity, and a client-first attitude in all interactions
• Participate actively in meetings and training sessions
