About The Position

Integrity Refrigeration and AC is hiring a full-time HVAC Comfort Advisor in Winter Haven, FL, to drive sales by generating leads and closing deals throughout the Polk County area. This is a sales-driven role where you will be responsible for generating leads, pursuing new business opportunities, and securing projects for the company. You will familiarize yourself with our products and services, proactively seek out and contact potential customers, demonstrate expertise, recommend solutions, and overcome objections to close deals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of HVAC or sales experience
• Strong motivation to make sales, meet targets, and continuously improve
• Ability to travel throughout the Polk County area
• Ability to effectively work independently
• Ability to generate leads through proactive outreach and networking
• Desire to grow with our company and build a long-lasting career here
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment with a sales-based pay structure offering unlimited income potential
• Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
