Requirements
- 4+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC/R industry.
- Deep familiarity with water chillers and refrigeration.
- Strong attention to detail, technical communication, and a total commitment to safety.
Nice To Haves
- Universal EPA license preferred.
- Military training in relevant technical fields is highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and advanced maintenance on air-cooled and water-cooled chiller systems.
- Diagnose and repair complex malfunctions using refrigeration principles and electrical schematics.
- Manage chiller/BAS integration and overall system performance.
- Maintain boilers, pumps, and auxiliary equipment while mentoring junior technicians.
