About The Position
We’re looking for a HVAC Certified Lead Maintenance Technician to join our Oklahoma City team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can solve problems, lead a team, and keep a community running at its best.
Requirements
- 3+ years of multifamily Lead Maintenance experience
- HVAC & EPA certification required
- Strong HVAC and plumbing expertise
- Rooftop AC experience
- Leadership experience
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Lead daily maintenance operations
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and boilers
- Maintain rooftop AC and HVAC systems
- Oversee work orders, preventative maintenance, and make-readies
- Support and coordinate maintenance staff and vendors
- Maintain excellent property condition and resident satisfaction
- Participate in emergency on-call rotation
