Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC sales or a related technical sales role
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a focus on achieving measurable results
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect for new business through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and targeted engagement.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline and follow through on leads to drive conversions.
  • Conduct on-site consultations to evaluate building systems, identify challenges, and understand budget considerations.
  • Recommend solutions that align with both operational goals and technical requirements.
  • Create detailed quotes, proposals, and service agreements, including scope, pricing, and timelines.
  • Present solutions clearly while addressing customer concerns and highlighting value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as estimators, technicians, and project managers to ensure accurate planning and successful project execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships by serving as a trusted advisor throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Drive repeat business and referrals through excellent service.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective strategy and customer engagement.
  • Remain knowledgeable about HVAC innovations, market conditions, and competitor offerings to stay competitive in the field.
