Since 1946, Capitol Group has been a leading distributor of plumbing, HVAC, industrial/mechanical, and kitchen and bath products in Illinois and Missouri. Our company is seeking a highly motivated and innovative HVAC Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a business development manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers, seeking out new business opportunities, and identifying opportunities for personal and company growth.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in business development and sales
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel in an automobile
