About The Position

BGIS Integrated Technical Services is experiencing significant growth and is looking to add service technicians across all regions in Ontario. This role offers the opportunity to expand knowledge and skills as an HVAC Journeyperson. The HVAC Apprentice will work under the supervision of a Journeyperson and within the limits of company policy and trade certification. They are responsible for operating facility systems, performing preventative and corrective maintenance, and routine services on mechanical and other systems. The HVAC Apprenticeship Program requires approximately 9,000 hours of training, with a combination of in-school, and on-the-job training.

Requirements

• Registered 313A or 313D Apprentice with G3 or G2 Gas License required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some positions may require a valid driver’s license, and clean driver’s abstract
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 5 years experience in an HVAC service department
• 313D license and willing to work towards your 313A
• Registered under the ORAC Ready to Hire List is a strong asset
