About The Position

Cardinal Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is seeking motivated and energetic individuals with positive attitudes to join their team as HVAC Apprentices. The company provides comprehensive training through Cardinal University, a 26-week program that includes both classroom and field instruction, with full training costs covered and paid compensation during the learning period. The program aims to develop apprentices into journeymen, with further opportunities for career advancement within the company. This specific opening is for the HVAC Service Only track, with classes commencing in early 2027. The selection process involves multiple interview rounds.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable with tight confined spaces and heights.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures including heatwaves, rain, and freezing cold weather.
• Comfortable getting dirty.
• Able to lift up to 75lbs on a regular basis.
• Enjoys hands-on projects.
• Works collaboratively with others.
• Emphasizes superior customer service.
• Possesses a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
