About The Position
Cardinal Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is seeking motivated and energetic individuals with positive attitudes to join their team as HVAC Apprentices. This role offers an opportunity to enter an essential service industry with no prior experience required. The company provides full training at no cost and pays apprentices while they work. The Cardinal University program is a 26-week course combining classroom and field training to prepare apprentices for real-world application. Beyond the apprentice to journeyman path, there are opportunities for career advancement within the company.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable with tight confined spaces and heights.
- Have the ability to work in extreme temperatures including heatwaves, rain, and freezing cold weather.
- Comfortable getting dirty!
- Able to lift up to 75lbs. on a regular basis.
- Enjoys hands-on projects.
- Works collaboratively with others.
- Emphasizes superior customer service.
- Possesses a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
