About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in HVAC technology is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn and work in a hands-on role.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
• Driver's license is required; reliable transportation is a must.

Nice To Haves

• Coursework in HVAC technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Learn how to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues under the guidance of experienced staff.
• Follow safety protocols and practices while on job sites.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing education to enhance HVAC knowledge and skills.
• Prepare tools and equipment needed for each job.
