Requirements
- EPA Certification is required.
- 2+ years of hands-on hvac maintenance experience.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems to keep our residents comfortable.
- Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks as needed.
- Respond to work orders and provide top-tier resident service.
- Support apartment turnovers
- Participate in an on-call rotation (1 week every 3rd week).
- Assist with snow removal when the Kansas City weather turns.

- Competitive Pay: $21.00 – $25.00/Hour (depending on experience) with annual salary increases based on performance

- $100 weekly on-call bonus plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs.
