North Texas Behavioral Health Authority (NTBHA) is seeking a passionate individual to join their team as the Hunt County Living Room Program Manager. This role is crucial in overseeing Care Coordinators and Drop Off Coordinators to ensure timely, comprehensive, trauma-informed, and person-centered intervention for individuals in crisis. The Program Manager will serve their assigned county, providing continuity of care and crisis response solutions through collaboration with internal departments, community stakeholders, law enforcement, and hospitals. The position involves providing complex services such as screenings, assessments, crisis follow-up, and transitional services to connect individuals with mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders to other services, preventing re-emerging crises and eliminating barriers to treatment. The role also includes training and case management for staff and individuals at risk for recidivism, hospitalization, or homelessness. Travel is required within the NTBHA catchment area, and flexibility in scheduling, including non-traditional hours and potential weekend availability, is necessary.
