About The Position

This role focuses on providing detailed all-source HUMINT targeting support against a hard target topic. The specialist will conduct in-depth analysis to support operational planning and target knowledge, ensuring alignment with valid HUMINT requirements. The position involves identifying, assisting, or enhancing HUMINT collection operations and operational planning through various analytical methodologies. The specialist will leverage the multi-INT community and unique HUMINT targeting methodologies to research and assess potential targets for HUMINT collection activities. Production of Targeting Packages (TP) and utilization of client systems for tracking are key responsibilities. Analysis will be conducted using critical intelligence databases such as Think Analyze Connect (TAC), Terrorist Identify Datamart Environment (TIDE), Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) databases, Managed Attribution systems (MAS), Quantum Leap Intelligence Exchange (QLIXs), KaCHING, Palantir, and other investigative databases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with 8 years of directly related experience
  • Certification from the any of the following required (or their Title 50 equivalent): Fundamental HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC) Advanced HUMINT Targeting Course or Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC) Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC)
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph

Nice To Haves

  • Previous HUMINT operational background directly supporting and/or conducting full spectrum strategic HUMINT operations (above MSO) preferred
  • Previous experience providing HUMINT support to TF or SOF desired
  • Previous support to Strategic Foreign Intelligence Collection against Hard Target (non-CT) issues preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provides detailed all-source HUMINT targeting support against a hard target topic, including in-depth analysis of the topics, in support of operational planning and target knowledge ensuring its analytical/targeting efforts are aligned with valid HUMINT requirements
  • Focuses analytical efforts to identify, assist, or enhance HUMINT collection operations and operational planning
  • Employs an array of analytical methodologies leveraged against targeting requirements in order to identify critical nodes within the network and their relationship to the topic
  • Leverages the multi-INT community to support targeting efforts
  • Researches and assesses potential targets for HUMINT collection activities utilizing unique HUMINT targeting methodologies
  • Produces various Targeting Packages (TP); utilizes client systems and processes to receive field-generated requests and track production status
  • Conducts analysis utilizing critical intelligence databases including Think Analyze Connect (TAC), Terrorist Identify Datamart Environment (TIDE), Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) databases, Managed Attribution systems (MAS), Quantum Leap Intelligence Exchange (QLIXs), KaCHING, Palantir, and other investigative related databases
