About The Position

Leidos is seeking Targeting Officers at all levels (1 to 20+ years of experience) with a current TS/SCI w/Polygraph to collaborate with a team of intelligence professionals in support of operations against priority targets. This long-term program, known as Beacon, offers exceptional opportunities for skilled and dedicated professionals to continue making a critical impact on national security. Candidates will be responsible for identifying targeting leads to enable a variety of intelligence operations and will produce detailed targeting packages. Requirements

  • Possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • BA degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer mission
  • Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work
  • Prior experience in supporting national security operations
  • Familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives

Responsibilities

  • Review specialized data for intelligence leads
  • Draft comprehensive targeting packages in support of the client’s objectives
  • Engage a variety of stakeholders to address requirements and develop new leads for exploitation
  • Conduct detailed searches on items of interest and relay pertinent data to relevant customer components in a variety of written and briefing formats
