About The Position

This is a temporary position with the Office of State Human Resources, Division of Temporary Solutions. The Division of Child and Family Well-Being works to promote healthy and thriving children in safe, stable and nurturing families, schools and communities. The division includes complementary programs that primarily serve children and youth to improve their health and well-being.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a discipline relative to the program from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of related experience; or Bachelor’s degree in a discipline relative to the program area from an appropriately accredited institution and four years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and monitoring all contracts and other funding awards in collaboration with contract administrators and other program staff, including program deliverables, project effectiveness, and spending.
  • Work with division budget, program/unit, and leadership staff to track division funding, spending, and overall investment progress.
  • Provide support to department leadership in tracking the spending and progress of all child and family wellbeing initiatives.
  • Prepare meeting and presentation materials related to child and family wellbeing initiatives for the division and, as requested, for the department.
  • Coordinate DCFW’s responses to internal and external requests related to investment progress, evaluation, and others as requested.
  • As requested, represent DCFW on workgroups, provide presentations, and other requested activities related to child and family wellbeing initiatives.
  • Provide support to the Rapid and Executive Response Teams, including reviewing and monitoring of weekly case updates from Medicaid Plans.
  • Identify cases that are ready for closure with RRT and close the case in Service Now.
  • Prepare RRT data for weekly cross divisional Executive Response Team meetings, including trends, specific case reviews, and reconciliation with other departmental reporting.
  • Participate in RRT and ERT meetings, providing backup coverage for RRT and ERT meetings which may include facilitation, taking notes, and other supports.
  • Provide oversight of key division projects and provide support and coordination of future Dashboard updates, including managing timelines, collecting data, coordinating with data teams, and evaluation teams.
