About The Position

This is a temporary position with the Office of State Human Resources, Temporary Solutions division, classified as Human Services Program Consultant II (S). The agency's mission is to provide a solid Human Resource management foundation, responsible oversight, and creative solutions through a collaborative approach with all stakeholders to maximize the potential of its employees. This role is located at 1915 Health Services Way Raleigh, NC 27607 in Wake County, with the Department of Health and Human Services. The hourly rate of pay is $36.00, based on education and/or years of relevant work experience. Temporary employees may be eligible for health insurance coverage under the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) if they work an annual average of 30 or more hours per week. Permanent and time-limited NC State Government employees must separate from their current position to work in a temporary role and can only hold one temporary assignment at a time. Individuals hired into temporary State jobs must be fully qualified. Requirements

• Master's degree in a discipline relative to the program from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of related experience; or Bachelor’s degree in a discipline relative to the program area from an appropriately accredited institution and five years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development, coordination, and support for child behavioral health initiatives, program and contract development, and design of child behavioral health services.
• Provide support and oversight to contractors/grantees with regard to fiscal and contractual monitoring and program deliverables.
• Maintaining relationships and communication, serve as a coordinator and liaison with external providers/contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and communication on progress of projects including data collection.
