The City of Lakewood is hiring a full-time Human Services Case Manager (WRAP Specialist) for its Department of Human Services, Division of Youth. A key aspect of the position is assisting in the planning and execution of County Contract deliverables, including mandatory training and meetings related to the Family-to-Family Neighborhood System of Care contract from the Cuyahoga County Division of Children and Family Services. The position offers an annual salary of $66,081.60 and operates primarily Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility and required weekend and evening hours. This is a county contract-funded position, renewed biennially, and its continuation is dependent on contract renewal.
