Conrad Indianapolis is looking for a Human Resources / Training Manager to join the Team! Requirements

• 2 years experience working in a Training/HR Manager role
• Preferably in a hospitality environment
• Bilingual in Spanish

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations of the hotel’s HR function
• Delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest
