Under general supervision, performs a variety of technical, administrative, confidential, and compliance-related duties in support of the City’s Human Resources and Risk Management functions. Provides customer service and support to the public, applicants, and employees, in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, records management, and HR program coordination.
