This role involves working closely with administrators to foster a positive, equitable, and inclusive work environment, assisting in departmental goal setting, and supporting employee discipline and conflict resolution processes. The position also includes conducting workplace investigations, serving as the Title IX Coordinator for personnel matters, and assisting with policy revisions. Key responsibilities include ensuring equitable hiring practices, coordinating recruitment events, researching alternative teacher pathways, managing student teacher and intern placements, and supervising applicant screening and hiring recommendations. The role also involves supervising Human Resources staff, developing and facilitating HR-related professional learning, collaborating with stakeholders for consistent support, and developing and managing employee recognition programs and retention strategies.
