About The Position
This is a 10-week, paid internship program for Summer 2027, offering students the opportunity to gain real-world HR experience within various UPMC human resources departments in the downtown Pittsburgh/Oakland region. Interns will focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations. The program provides opportunities to network with executives, engage in community service, receive mentorship, develop hands-on skills, and work on impactful projects related to patient care and "Life Changing Medicine".
Requirements
- Availability to participate in the Summer Associates Program full-time from June to August 2027 for approximately 10 weeks with minimal absence

Nice To Haves
- Current Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Health Care Administration, or a related field
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Demonstrated leadership ability through studies, employment, or extracurricular activities
