About The Position

If so, consider applying to our Human Resources Summer Associate Internship with UPMC East & UPMC McKeesport! This Human Resources Summer Associate Internship is a 10-week, paid internship. During your internship, you'll have the opportunity to support a variety of projects that focus on employee relations, and you'll receive light exposure to talent acquisition. You'll receive mentorship, enhance your skills with hands-on real-world experiences, and have a little bit of fun too! While in the internship, you'll primarily work at UPMC East in Monroeville, PA. Requirements
- Availability to participate in the Summer Associates Program full-time from June to August 2027 for approximately 10 weeks with minimal absence

Nice To Haves
- Current Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Health Care Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
- Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated leadership ability through their studies, employment, or extracurricular activities
