About The Position

We are seeking a Human Resources Student for our Regina district, within our Canadian Buildings Division that is available for 4, 8, 12, or 16 months starting in September 2026. As a Human Resources Student, you will contribute to our team by being involved in and exposed to various areas of Human Resources including recruitment, training and professional development and health & wellness. You will also assist with planning and executing career fairs, assist with training coordination and facilitates course set-up, and support the team by preparing for daily events and follow-up actions (e.g. scheduling and coordinating meetings, maintaining action lists and reminders, and meeting/interview preparation). Additionally, you will support activities requiring a high degree of confidentiality, attention to detail, and accuracy, and compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other documentation. Other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree or diploma with a Human Resources major
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency with various computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Able to proactively anticipate needs and follow-up items for the team
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality required of work assignments
  • Independent and resourceful in accomplishing day-to-day tasks and assignments
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities under tight deadlines, while maintaining a high-degree of accuracy and professionalism

Responsibilities
