About The Position
The Human Resources Specialist provides support in various areas such as recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, payroll, and benefits under the guidance of the Director of Recruitment and Employee Engagement.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 years of hand-on HR or relevant administrative experience
- Knowledge of local and national laws as they apply
- Interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Data analysis of metrics
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving and creating solutions
- Proficient with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking software (ATS)
- Credit must be in good standing.
- Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.
