About The Position
The Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, combining recruiting with HR operations to deliver an excellent candidate and employee experience. This role thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manages both hourly and salaried hiring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years HR and/or recruiting experience, within manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS/ATS experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly, salaried, seasonal, and professional roles.
- Partner with managers to define needs, source candidates, and coordinate interviews.
- Screen, interview, and extend offers while ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
- Manage relationships with staffing agencies for temporary workforce needs.
- Oversee onboarding, employee status changes, records, and policy support.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws, maintain HR documentation, and prepare reports/dashboards.
- Support performance management, recognition programs, and conduct exit interviews.
