The Old Globe is seeking a detail-oriented, Human Resources Specialist who will provide administrative, operational, and technical support to the Director of Human Resources and the Human Resources department in the day-to-day administration of The Old Globe’s HR operations. This part-time role supports employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, payroll and benefits coordination, and compliance, while also assisting in the maintenance and optimization of HR systems and digital workflows.
