About The Position

The Madison Club is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join the HR Department. The Human Resources Specialist will help The Madison by facilitating efficient HR operations by managing employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, providing administrative support and assisting with staff training.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Experience with MS Office suite.
• HRIS Experience; Workday experience desired.
• Recruiting / Talent Acquisition experience a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree is highly desirable, though comparable work experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with employee onboarding, new hire coordination, and off-boarding.
• Maintain HRIS, employee files, and internal company tools with accurate employee information.
• Facilitate employee and management training programs.
• Respond in a timely manner to employee questions and requests related to HR functions including on-boarding, benefits, employment, and payroll.
• Assist Sr. HR Manager with employee relations investigations.
• Support various HR and recruiting projects as needed, including but not limited to updating the applicant tracking system with candidate status.
• Manage employee housing process (beginning and ending walkthroughs)
• Assist with other HR projects as needed and requested by the Senior HR Manager, GM, or Project President.
