About The Position

Toyotetsu North America (TTNA) is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support HR operations across multiple locations. This role plays a key part in ensuring HR processes are compliant, organized, data-driven, and service-oriented. The ideal candidate enjoys working with systems and data, thrives in structured environments, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely support to both team members and leadership. This position reports to the TTNA HR Assistant Manager and partners closely with plant HR teams, leadership, payroll, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 2–5 years of HR or HR operations experience
• Experience with HRIS systems (Paycom experience preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Support HRIS administration (Paycom preferred)
• Generate headcount and HR metric reports
• Assist with payroll backup
• Maintain the integrity of HR data
• Contribute to monthly HR audits and compliance initiatives, including personnel file reviews, I-9 documentation, and EEO reporting
• Help ensure policies, workflows, and documentation standards are consistent and audit-ready across locations
• Support recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, performance management documentation, and benefits administration
• Assist leadership with HR reporting and dashboards that provide insight into turnover, attendance, retention, and other key metrics
• Help maintain organized document storage systems
• Support policy updates
• Assist with continuous improvement of HR processes
