Provides advanced support, advice, and problem solving to moderately complex areas of human resources (HR). This position will support the Capital Delivery Services (CDS) Department’s Talent Acquisition and Compensation programs. This position will be responsible for assisting the employment team with the recruitment process. This includes scheduling and facilitating interviews, completing pre-employment requirements for top candidates, and successfully onboarding new hires.
