Puget Sound Energy (PSE) is seeking a Human Resources Specialist – Benefits to support its health and wellbeing initiatives and the Commute Trip Reduction program. This role will provide employees with accurate information and clear interpretations of benefit plans. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with vendor partners, internal HR team members, and external consultants to execute program initiatives and assignments. As a point of contact for PSE's 3,200 employees, this role serves as a vital link between employees and benefit providers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service mindset, a high level of curiosity, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with care and professionalism. This position requires being in-office 50% of the time, with occasional travel to other locations for in-person team meetings or collaboration activities. The role upholds safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work HR programs responsibilities and promotes a culture of total safety.
