About The Position

Serves as the first point of contact for all inquiries into Human Resources. Responds to routine HR inquiries from Mission Partners, Leaders and Mission Partners by phone and email. Resolve issues and determine the escalation path if necessary after triaging the request or issue. Intakes requests over the phone from Mission Partners and Leaders into a queue for processing.

Requirements

  • High School/GED
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources
